TitanHealth Solutions Affiliate Marketer Terms and Conditions

The contract below certifies an agreement between you and us, TitanHealth Solutions, to receive and post our products as we have advised and to work in accordance with our outlines. We will periodically review and update our contract; however, if we do we will outline our alterings and send them to you.

Non-Exclusivity:

This agreement between you and us is not exclusive on either side, giving both parties the right to market with, as well as for, other brands and content creators.

Application:

Once you complete an application to TitanHealth, we will promptly reply with either accepting or declining your application, or asking for more information. If we do not reach out to you in regard to your application within 30 days of its submission, you should consider it to be rejected. Upon acceptance, you will be placed into a commission tier with which your link, which will be sent at the same time, will use the commission rate for. Upon your date of acceptance, TitanHealth’s terms and conditions will come into immediate effect, and these terms and conditions will come into effect immediately.

Content Creation:

Please refer to our TitanHealth Solutions About Us page for reference. By agreeing to join us, you agree to sending us drafts of videos and advertisements you create for TitanHealth Solutions prior to posting them. We attest to responding to you within 24 hours in response to your video with either an approval or decline. If you do not send us videos you create prior to posting, or alter videos without our discretion in any way that we deem harmful to TitanHealth Solutions following our approval of your posting, we reserve the right to cancel your creator link, thus preventing you from receiving commission for posting about us.

Commission Outlines:

Please refer to our commission table for an outline of your commission. The rate that TitanHealth Solutions pays its affiliates is determined by the amount of followers/subscribers that a creator has at the time of making a video (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube). The amount of followers/subscribers you have will be cemented on the date at which you receive your link. Thus, if you grow your account to the point where you reach a higher bracket, you must reach out to us to receive a new link, which will then pay you your higher, newly deserved commission. Sales are counted within our affiliate marketing database and will be recorded as yours if the consumer purchases a product after following your link if it follows the creator link guidelines listed below, in Cookie Duration / Creator Links. You will be paid by the database following your providing of your requested financial information as each sale is processed and receipts have been received by TitanHealth.

The other way to move up in our creator bracket, A.K.A. to receive more commission for each sale you make, is to fulfill our video volume benchmark for each week for one month, or to fulfill our sales volume benchmark. We attest to tracking this weekly and letting you know when you reach this benchmark.

Cookie Duration / Creator Links:

Via the affiliate program we use and have given you, you will receive a creator content link, which will be used to monitor the consumer activity that your marketing will directly bring us. This markets both the first time a consumer visits TitanHealth’s website and the date of purchase for a consumer (given they purchase a product from TitanHealth Solutions). This link has a cookie duration of 30 days, meaning that if a consumer either accesses our website for the first time through your link and purchases a product within 30 days of that first visit, or if the consumer makes a purchase within 30 days of accessing a product of ours via your link, it will be recorded as your sale and you will be compensated accordingly.

Upon receiving a new creator link when moving up in our commission bracket, your previous link will have 30 days remaining until it is disabled. 

Privacy/NonDisclosure:

Upon TitanHealth’s terms and agreements coming into effect,we do not allow you to disclose, to anyone outside of your legal or business’s representation, our terms and conditions, commission package, or any affiliate marketing pages we have provided you. Additionally, sharing creator links with another creator, or receiving another creator’s link will cause you and the other creator to immediately have your links disabled, and your affiliate marketing agreement with TitanHealth Solutions dissolved. TitanHealth Solutions also requires affiliates to adhere to all relevant advertising standards in the US, as are mandated by the FTC. Additionally, TitanHealth Solutions reserves the right to reuse and repurpose content made by our affiliates, with the exception being that if we are directly told not to.

Final Notes:

TitanHealth Solutions takes no liability for your marketing of our products, be it that you misrepresent a product of ours or are dishonest in your marketing about the benefits a given product can provide its users. Failure to comply with the above regulations in this document will result in an immediate disabling of your creator link, the dissolving of your agreement with TitanHealth Solutions, and the right for TitanHealth to pursue potential further legal action. TitanHealth reserves the right to terminate our relationship with an affiliate marketer at any time, just as an affiliate can terminate an agreement at any time with us. Upon termination (be it that TitanHealth or an affiliate terminates the agreement), TitanHealth will immediately disable a creator’s link and pay them commissions for sales that they have previously facilitated. Additionally, our goal is to create a comfortable, professional environment with affiliates, and this includes approaching any potential disputes between TitanHealth Solutions and our affiliates with both our and any affiliate’s best interest in mind. We only wager legal involvement in a worse-comes-to-worst scenario. 

Given that TitanHealth Solutions is a registered LLC of Colorado, we adhere to all relevant Colorado and United States federal laws regarding content creation and the direction of our business.
