Can I return my product?
Our refund policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at thsinfo@titanhealthsolutions.shop. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Can I return a product that has been opened?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to safety and quality concerns. However, if there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
